Aha! I knew I'd get this question! >8D
So basically she wears a silicon type of underwear that kinda sticks on... like pasties or something like that...
I didn't really think that far into it. But you get the gist.
I actually got the idea off of this japanese manga called 'Everyday Monster Girls'.
