If you use Photoshop, you basically download the bio file.
Once you open it up there should be a bunch of layers.
Take the crop tool and drag the sides to however much you'd like.
Now that you've done so, there is extra room.
You only need to drag certain layers to fit into the extra room you've created, so it would blend together nicely.
I usually only drag the border and pattern bg layers but you can tweak whatever you feel needs to be tweaked.
And you're pretty much done from there.
Hope that helps and if it doesn't then yeah, I'm guessing I'll need to make a tut. :U
